Kelley Direct Programs is the home of online graduate business degrees at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, including the online MBA and specialized online M.S. degree programs. Job Summary

Participates in Kelley On Campus and networking events. Provides representation for the Kelley School of Business Kelley Direct MBA and MS programs to prospective students, current students, faculty, and visitors by telephone, email and in-person. Manage current student registrations, act as liaison between students and University offices, and generate reports for Kelley Direct Chairs and Directors. Review applications for graduation, perform degree audits, and certify student records.

Responsible for providing academic and developmental advising for graduate students in an online environment. Develops and implements strategies and interventions that are designed to enhance the performance, retention, and graduation rates of students and that support the educational mission of the university. Teaches students to explore their intellectual interests, to assess their abilities, and to plan a program of study tailored to preparing each student for their academic and career goals. Assists students in making informed decisions about a choice of major and potential career path. Informs students of relevant IU policies related to academic progress, enrollment, and graduation.

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in related field and two years in student affairs, teaching, academic advising, or a related field.

Combinations of related education and experience may be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a student-focused, higher education environment.

Working Conditions / Demands

Work hours include some evening availability (1-2 evenings a week) and occasional Saturday availability (4-6 times a year).
