This integral member of the SupplyTrack team will report directly to the Team Manager. You will help to drive value within our accounts to ensure continued growth and profitability. SupplyTrack® is the first and only monthly tracking service that codes, aggregates, and tracks every product shipped from a critical mass of leading broadline foodservice distributors to each of their customers. The Account Associate for SupplyTrack supports the NPD Group's relationship with an assigned portfolio of manufacturer clients.

This position will be based in Chicago, IL supporting a manager and the manufacturer clients assigned to this team.

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Creating monthly client deliverables in Excel and PowerPoint formats
  • Analyzing and interpreting POS (point of sale) data to identify key opportunities for clients
  • Supporting the senior Client Development team to address day-to-day business questions for clients
  • Developing and managing relationships with key client contacts
  • Executing plans to increase client satisfaction
  • Working with a cross-functional team to constantly improve data and client service skills to meet clients business objectives


Qualifications:
  • 1-3+ years of experience in research and analytics (POS, consumer, custom and/or syndicated research)
  • Working knowledge of category management a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze information to create clear and concise insights that deliver value to client
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively across varying levels
  • Expert in all MS Office products, Excel, PowerPoint, & Word
  • Travel (typically
  • Bachelor's degree
