NASCAR seeks a talented professional to join in the position of Account Executive, Licensing based in Charlotte, NC.

The Account Executive, Licensing will manage all aspects of Licensing's internal forecast and accounting reporting functions. Manage a segment of NASCAR licensing duties across various categories. Assist in managing corporate-wide premiums and promotional product business, including vendor acquisition, contract management, and order processing. Manage all intercompany event and credentialing functions.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Manage forecasting/accounting for the entire Licensing department
• Annual budget preparation
• Ongoing quarterly reforecasting efforts
• Ongoing analysis of royalty trending and retail performance
• Analysis and reporting of NTP (NASCAR Team Properties) revenue and royalty performance
• Manage the process for all co-branded licensing deals across various categories
• Manage all aspects of licensing for select merchandise categories
• Help manage the following aspects of NASCAR Licensing's Premiums and Promotions business:
• Processing premiums and promotional orders internally and externally
• Guiding incoming premiums requests through the premiums portal/bidding system (Workday based)
• Vendors finalizing orders
• Preparing annual and quarterly forecasting and royalty reporting for the premiums business
• Contracts and renewals for new and incumbent premiums vendors
• Reviewing and approving all premiums designs through Trademark Insight approval system
• Securing corporate VIK (value-in-kind) from premiums partners
• Building and maintaining on-line corporate employee webstore
• Help manage the day-to-day operation of Licensing's approval system (currently OpSec/Trademark Insight)

• Credential support liaison

Required skills / experience:

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; and two years related experience and / or training in licensing, contract management or accounting; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficient on Company-provided hardware and software
• High proficiency in Excel and Access based applications
