The Account Services Associate performs maintenance functions related to customer accounts across multiple systems. Individuals in this position interact and work closely with numerous departments within CNH Capital in order to meet established service levels, while providing best in class service to our internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

C ollateral updates/changes

Payment schedule and due date changes

Monetary adjustments, contract cancellations, repossession and lease return account closures

Work in a team atmosphere with the ability to handle the sharing and rotating of team functions as needed

Comply with authority and approval levels

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

In lieu of degree, 5+ years of banking, financial data entry, or administrative experience

The preferred candidate will have:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management Work experience in the financial services and/or receivables industry

Experience with mainframe and web-based account management platforms

Detail oriented with strong organizational skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong PC skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or equivalent software

Ability to adapt to new systems, policies and procedures

Ability to complete individual assignments while meeting overall team objectives

Ability to work flexible hours inclusive of overtime and Saturdays as business needs require
