Reporting to the Accounting Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Performing account reconciliations and general ledger analysis
• Preparing and posting complex journal entries for assigned accounts
• Creating adjusting journal entries with supporting documentation
• Reconciling cash and cash management on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
• Interpreting contracts for billing purposes and generating invoices
• Assist in the annual budgeting process

Requirements:

• Bachelor' s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years experience working with the General Ledger and/or public accounting
• Strong skills with Excel and ability to learn new software systems quickly
