Great client of ours is looking to bring on multiple entry level Accountants due to recent growth and promotions. If you are looking to get your foot in the door with a company that offers tremendous career and learning opportunities, this could be the right job for you. The company offers:

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare bank deposits
• Review and secure manager authorization for all purchase orders
• Post vendor invoices to general ledger and reconcile all vendor statement's
• Contact past due accounts and update system with payment status
• Email AR reports to management team with updated payment status notes
• Maintain commission spreadsheet for biweekly payroll

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Strong excel skills
• Ability to work independently
