Required Skills:

• Ability to prepare Financial Statements from bookkeeping/accounting programs
• Knowledge of A/R, A/P, GL, Payroll process and taxes
• Must have strong analytical skills
• May have day to day client exposure
• Must have the ability to prioritize and handle the pressure of working within tight deadlines
• Strong knowledge and experience with Excel, QuickBooks (Desktop & online), Sage or other accounting software programs
• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
• Must be able to communicate positively and be a strong team player
• Ability to work overtime as required
