RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Pasadena, CA that is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk responsible for performing and/or assisting in completing Accounts Payable functions, including processing vendor invoices & related month-end preparation of accruals, processing check requests, billing to the Funds, account reconciliations, and other duties as assigned. Responsibilities:- Review and verify invoices and check requests
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
- Assist with month end closing
- Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies
- Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of experience in related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
