Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

$25-$28/hr Monday-Friday

Job Description:

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing and processing all things related to accounts payable. Your main tasks include reviewing and entering invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining positive relationships with vendors. Attention to detail, organization, and effective communication are key in this role. You'll also play a part in month-end reconciliations and generate reports to support decision-making. Previous experience in a financial role is required, and proficiency in accounting software and Excel is necessary.

Qualifications:

Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).

Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles.

Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

1-3 Years of minimum AP experience.
