Beacon Hill Financial has teamed up with a great client of ours looking for their next AP Specialist to join their growing team. This position is looking for someone in the Washington, DC area as this is a hybrid role. Below are the responsibilities of this position. Job Description

• Uploading AP invoices for approvals based on purchase orders.
• Matching and coding of invoices.
• Assist with review and approvals of employee expense reports.
• Assist with weekly check runs, to include mailing checks.
• Maintain timely correspondence with Vendors and Employees in regard to invoices and expense reports.
