* Salary: *$55k-$65k DOE with bonus potential based on company performance and individual performance

I am recruiting for a qualified Accounting Administrator for one of my best CPA firm clients in Los Angeles, CA with multiple openings due to growth! They are a dynamic accounting firm focusing on providing quality client services in diverse industries including real estate, wholesale and retail, manufacturing, professional services, and creative. They value employee satisfaction and professional growth! What You Will Be Doing Responsibilities
As an experienced Accounting Admin associate, you will be a valuable member on several diverse engagements. You will continue to grow your accounting knowledge with on-the-job technical training, using leading technology, as you collaborate daily in a dynamic team environment.
Qualifications
- Experience with financial statement preparation, review, and analytics
- Knowledgeable with reconciliations, A/R and A/P management
- Knowledgeable and capable of working in both the financial statements and detailed general ledger
- Strong command of assessing the need for and booking of AJEs using cash or accrual accounting methods
- Experience in sales tax, payroll and Forms 1099

"Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
"Excellent knowledge of MS office especially on Excel
"The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
