We are seeking an Administrative Assistant Clerk for a reputable company located in beautiful Clearwater.
Job Responsibilities:
Answering phones
Filing Documents
Scanning documents and uploading into the data base
Meeting and greeting customers
Data entry
Qualifications/ Requirements:
Must be proficient in MS Office Suite
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
Personable and friendly demeanor
At least 1 year experience in an office setting
Pay rate: $18.00 - $20.00/ Hour
Hours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM Monday - Friday
**This is an in-office position. Â Hours are 8:00am to 5pm**
