Administrative Assistant
Pay Rate: $25.00
Temp to Hire
Start Date: ASAP!
Location: Sacramento
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm - Full time
Main Duties:
- Administrative duties around the office (answer incoming calls / filing documents / copying / putting together mailings to send out)
- Coordinating vendors (call PG&E re: electric bill / call Alhambra re: water deliveries)
- Mail distribution (scan & log all incoming mail)
- Taking minutes for board meetings
- Calendaring / scheduling in Microsoft Outlook for CEO
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong Administrative background (not an entry-level role!)
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suites (Word / Excel / Outlook), Teams and Zoom
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
