Advertised Job Summary:The Marketing Department invites applications and nominations for a temporary, full-time Administrative Coordinator.This position will work with both the Center for Sales Success (CSS) and the Center for Marketing Solutions (CMS) faculty and staff to actively manage each center's administrative needs.The key responsibilities are to actively manage and support the administrative, organizational, and data needs for engagement activities with corporate partners, event planning and delivery, billing and partner fee collections, expense reimbursement processing and coordination with constituents including administrative support.
Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications: Associate's degree and 2 years of related experience in business management, administrative services or related field; or equivalency. Must possess decision-making, communication and collaboration, organization, and writing skills. Knowledge of agency policies, procedures, rules, regulations and program services.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 6 years related experience in business management, administrative services or related field; or equivalency.· Knowledge of agency policies, procedures, rules, regulations and program services.· Ability to plan, organize and execute projects.· Ability to communicate effectively enough in writing to produce newsletter content.· Knowledge of federal and state laws, policies procedures, rules and regulations related to specific function.
