Become a key leader on our nursing team as the Administrative Supervisor. If you have a passion for this work and at least 3 years medical/surgical nursing experience, we have an incredible opportunity for you to take on a leadership role. In this leadership role, you will provide administrative and clinical leadership for the assigned nursing team and assure the delivery of comprehensive, safe and quality patient care is delivered.

Salem Hospital, a member of Mass General Brigham, recently opened a state-of-the-art 120-bed Center of Excellence in Behavioral Health facility as well as a 64,000 sq. foot Emergency Department. This dramatically increases the footprint of our campus.

Qualifications
Required:

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively and courteously with a diverse group of people. Ability to quickly gain competency in various hospital software applications. Advanced clinical skills. Demonstrates strong decision making skills.
  • 3+ years advanced medical/surgical-nursing.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts and Current BLS certification.

Preferred:

  • Critical care nursing experience preferred, with at least two years of progressively more responsible management experience.
  • Completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent preferred
