Beacon Hill Legal is seeking experienced paralegal candidates for an urgent need with a Philadelphia law firm. The admin paralegal will support a small team of 3-4 attorneys with document review, interviewing potential clients or witnesses, pulling documents from online, coordinating attorney travel, conducting basic legal research, copying paperwork, maintaining office and office supplies, and other related, basic administrative needs.

Candidates must come with prior administrative experience. Prior legal admin experience strongly preferred. This position will be fully remote to start, however the candidate may be asked to come on-site as needed. COVID-vaccinations are required.
