Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responds to requests from various EAM users throughout the fleet using established practices and policies
  • Builds SQL queries to extract data sets for analysis
  • Performs data analysis for data integrity, accuracy, and error correction
  • Onboards new employees into the CMMS, enabling access through Single Sign-On (SSO) platform
  • Develops training materials and conducts remote training from the Chicago office
  • Meet with the end-user groups to proactively find ways to improve the processes
  • Work as a Business Analyst for requirements gathering, design and testing of key functionality resulting from continuous improvement efforts
  • Visits operating sites to become knowledgeable in the performance of maintenance activities through participation of preventative and corrective maintenances.
  • Populates new operating site information in the CMMS by reviewing applicable site drawings/on-site information

Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field desired, or commensurate work experience preferred, 3-5 years of directly relevant experience acceptable substitute for a degree
  • Previous experience writing reports and developing KPIs is a plus
  • Ability to work self-sufficiently and effectively with all levels of personnel and to work under minimal supervision
  • Ability to think critically, solve problems independently and exercise excellent judgment and common sense
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to multitask between production support, enhancements, testing and special projects
  • Able to travel 10-20% to establish and maintain ongoing relationship with Fleet personnel
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Skills
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and ability to write functional queries
  • Experience managing mobile devices from an enterprise mobility management solution
  • Experience with data analysis using SQL, Excel, and Python
  • Previous experience writing reports and developing KPIs
  • Hands-on experience utilizing a CMMS (HxGN EAM, IBM Maximo, Oracle EAM or MP2)
