Description: Our client is currently seeking a AO - Data Entry Clerk - Senior
[Additional Description]
Shift Start/End Time: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST Remote
This job will have the following responsibilities:
1. Ability to take 40-50 calls per day.
2. Data entry into database while taking calls.
3. Know when to escalate calls to supervisor.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1. Data entry within an office environment.
2. Must adhere to set work schedule.
3. Ability to navigate a computer while speaking on the phone.
4. Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications.
