RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in search of an AP/Payroll Administrator in Bethesda, MD.Key Tasks:
  • AP/Payroll Administrator will process bi-monthly payroll for 2 subsidiaries
  • Manage AP email distribution inbox
  • Enter vendor bills and credits into accounting system
  • As a AP/Payroll Admin, you will process weekly vendor payments
  • Process daily banking transactions for all payable activity
  • Process all credit card payments into accounting system
  • AP/Payroll Admins assist with monthly close accruals and journal entries
  • Assist with all vendor related communication via phone and email
  • AP/Payroll Admins also assist with all Concur related functions and journal entries


REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School diploma/GED or higher
  • 2-3 years of Accounts Payable experience
  • Minimum 3 years of Payroll experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (familiarity with a Mac is a plus)
  • NetSuite experience preferred; Similar ERP experience a must (i.e., SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft, GP, Workday)
  • Organized and agile to shifting needs
