Arhaus is looking for an Applications Administrator with expertise in both information technology and business administration for the role of IT Applications Administrator. IT Applications Administrators are responsible for enhancing the quality of IT products and services, analyzing data to inform business decisions, and finding technological solutions to business needs, among other duties. We’re looking for someone who is results-oriented, demonstrates teamwork in the pursuit of delivering a project together, and has the ability to find solutions to challenges presented by stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Liaison between the IT department and the business partners
• Acting as an information source and communicator between all business units
• Understanding strategic business needs and plans for growth
• Enhancing the quality of IT products and services
• Analyzing the design of technical systems and business models
• Utilizing IT data for business insights
• Composing and presenting communications to audiences of varying degrees of technical understanding
• Formal Requirements Gathering
• Business Process Analysis, Mapping, and Documentation
• Configuring different systems to business needs

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years work experience in retail, supply chain, and/or product management
• Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing while always following best practices, including expert knowledge of database relationships

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills

• Build strong relationships with key business stakeholders and technology partners
• Effectively and clearly communicate with other employees in all departments and levels of management

• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Desired experience in any of the following - ERP (Storis preferred), EnterWorks Product Information System, Salesforce, Freshservice, EDI
• Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues
• Develop creative solutions to complex business issues
• Ensure optimal performance of applicable business systems
• Must be able to work alone and in a collaborative team environment
• Quickly respond to emergencies and data analysis requests by management.
• Work with project teams to solve business problems with technological solutions
• Demonstrate perpetual learning and improvement
