As a Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact between clients and potential customers. You will be presenting the benefits of meeting with clients and will be scheduling appointments for customers. This temp-to-hire role will work from a home office environment and requires a strong work ethic. This company offers room to grow, incentives, and benefits! Top performes earn $20+ per hours with base pay and commission.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule introductory appointments on our Clients' behalf via phone with C-Level executives and high-level decision-makers regarding Health & Welfare plans, Qualified Plans, Property & Casualty, Executive Compensation, and IT Solutions.
• Qualify each appointment by using our proprietary qualifying process.
• Update lead information using our proprietary database application.
• Provide follow-up on existing and future appointment opportunities for our Clients.
• Meet and/or exceed appointment production requirements.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, listening, time management skill required.
• Excellent attention to detail, computer, and data entry skills are necessary.
• Prior customer service, sales, or outbound calling experience is preferred.
• Must have high speed internet access.
