RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an AR Collections and Claims Specialist in Chesterfield, MO.Responsibilities:- Follow up on customers to maintain current payment terms
- Provide weekly/monthly updates on assigned customer payment statuses
- Communicate credits on account to customers to apply to payments or request refunds as needed
- Research customer claims and dispute or write off as needed
- Navigate within AX (Microsoft Dynamics System) for customer, sales order, and payment information
- Attach required documents for audit compliance to Claims/Chargebacks in AX (Microsoft Dynamics System)
- Respond to customer or internal requests in shared AR email accounts within required timelines
- Communicate effectively with internal partners including Sales, Customer Service, and Distribution Center Associates
- Comply with Kellwood established approval guidelines
- Projects, Support, and administrative duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-year college preferred
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and Adobe required
- Office Administration and/or AR Department/Collection experience preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent follow up and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task, work independently or as part of a team
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
