ASIC/Layout Design Engineer *Job Title: * Sr. Layout Design Engineer
*Job Location: * Andover, MA
*Job Salary: * $100k - $160k + Bonus + Benefits + an incredible RSU package - $200k - $300k+ Total Package
*Requirements: * Physical design tools, high speed circuits/low power circuits, ASIC, scripting

We are a global tech leader in the semiconductor industry based in Andover, MA. We have been supplying cutting edge networking ASIC's and multi-chip solutions for the past 30 years. Due to growth we are seeking an experienced Sr. Layout Design Engineer with 4+ years of experience with physical design tools, high speed circuits/low power circuits, ASIC, and scripting.

What You Will Be Doing You will be responsible for the development of complex digital designs and the layout of complex integrated circuits as well as evaluating the process flow.
What You Need for this Position *Must Have Skills: *

1.) 4+ years of ASIC/Layout design
2.) Knowledge of physical design tools including: floor-planning, placement, CTS, routing, parasitic extraction, and physical verification
3.) Experience with high speed/low power circuits, power management design, dynamic circuit techniques and power circuit techniques
4.) Scripting experience
5.) Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related

*Nice to have skills: *

1.) Experience with ICC2 and/or Innovus
2.) Experience with Signal Integrity/Power Integrity. (Knowledge of Apache Redhawk is a plus
3.) Knowledge of synthesis and timing closure tools (Primetime-SI)
