Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the Division of Endocrinology and Diabetes in the Department of Pediatrics at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seek candidates for several Assistant Professor positions in the tenure track. Expertise is required in the specific area of Pediatric Endocrinology. Applicants must have an M.D., Ph.D., or M.D./Ph.D. or equivalent degree. Board Certified in Pediatric Endocrinology.
Teaching responsibilities may include participation in the clinical education of CHOP residents and fellows as well as medical students from the Perelman School of Medicine, University of Pennsylvania.
Clinical responsibilities may include providing outpatient and inpatient consultative services.
Research or scholarship responsibilities may include publishing peer-reviewed publications and presentations of work at scientific meetings and other venues. The successful candidate must develop, grow and maintain independent extramural funding, and have scholarship in high-impact publications.
