Associate Business Analyst

Contract to Hire, W2 Only

This is a JR/Associate level role, 1 year of BA type work is required

Do you want to impact decisions to help people live healthier lives?

You will put your Business Analyst skills to work as you empower business partners and team members to improve healthcare delivery. You will research cutting edge big data tools, and design innovative solutions to solve business problems that only a Business Analyst can.

Business Requirements Gathering and Analysis - Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Performing requirements analysis. Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
• Sorts through large amounts of data to assess for relevancy.

Stakeholder Management -Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.

• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a BA or Data Analyst role
• Bachelors degree
• Computer science, data engineering discipline
• SQL experience desirable
