*What You Do. *



* Assists with the monitoring, maintenance, and installation of all LAN, WAN and Wireless networks.  This includes working with telecommunication vendors to design and implement a high performing network within all corporate facilities. 

* Monitors performances and ensure all changes are planned and completed with minimal impact to the users.

* Assists with the administrative maintenance and installation of upgrades, patches and new versions of Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity Unified Messaging, and Cisco and Spectralink wireless phone systems (922mhz, 802.11) to include adding new phones and extensions, performing moves and changes. 

* Additionally, assist with management of the Cisco IP phones and voice mail systems at remote facilities. 

* Monitors performance and ensures all changes are planned and completed with minimal impact to the users, including training if necessary.

* Assists with the administrative maintenance and installation of upgrades, patches and new versions of Cisco Switches, Routers, and Wireless Access Points.

* Monitors performance and ensures all changes are planned and completed with minimal impact to the users, including user training if necessary.

* Assists with the administrative maintenance and installation of upgrades, patches, and new versions of Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure) APIC (Application Policy Infrastructure Controller), Cisco DNA Center (Digital Network Architecture) and Cisco ISE (Identity Service Engine). Changes, adopts and contributes to the emerging technologies initiatives thus the network is continued upgraded by the state-of-art technologies.

* Assists with the monthly review of all data, voice, and corporate cellular telecommunications billing.  Works with the appropriate vendor and personnel to ensure the proper rates and payments are applied.

* Assist with the installation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and support for networked systems and devices to include the office and plant paging, building security, HVAC monitoring systems, Kronos, and MES systems. 

* Monitors these systems for performance and uptime and takes the necessary actions to ensure they are operating and performing in a cost-effective manner. 

* Makes certain all software is properly supported and is in compliance with vendor licensing agreements.

* Assist the administrative maintenance and installation of Microsoft Teams Voice systems which includes the maintenance of Ribbon SBC's, Intelepeer SIP trunking connectivity and Direct Routing with the MS Teams SIP call managers.

* Configure the Teams phone features such as cloud auto attendants, clous call queues and audio codes Teams supported desk phones with the understanding of MS teams licensing plans.

* Assist the administrative maintenance and installation of Singlewire Informacast paging systems and AtlasIED GCK systems.

* Mange the Genetec security systems for cameras and office physical access.

* Supports IDF rooms UPS systems, wireless and wired label printing.  This includes installing new equipment, troubleshooting existing equipment, and training users on the use of the equipment.

* Assists with support for conference room audio video and wireless controls, to include training and problem resolution.  Directs users on the proper use of networked equipment to prevent external infection of the systems.

* Assists with the maintenance and execution of security, backup, and recovery procedures for all aforementioned business critical systems.

* Must be willing to work outside of normal work hours for special projects and on call responsibilities.  Responsible for reacting to all off-hour calls regarding system problems in a prompt and reasonable time. 

* Must be willing to work under flooring, in wiring closets, ceilings, and walls as necessary. 

* Perform all duties in a professional and confidential manner.


*Your Education and Experience.*



* Associate Degree in computers or computer related field required

* Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science or related field preferred

* 0-2 years related experience

* Cisco certifications like CCNA, CCNP provides competitive advantage.

* This role requires basic understanding of network design and implementation (Routing/Switching, VLAN, QoS, WAAS, Enterprise Wireless Network), good understanding of communication protocols and routing protocols (e.g. BGP, EIGRP), and familiarity with access control models and network security (CISCO ISE, RADIUS, TACACS).

* Basic understanding of network operating systems (Cisco IOS, IOS XE, NX-OS), troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with network diagnostic, monitoring and analysis tools (SolarWinds, Netflow, Wireshark)
