The Associate Product Manager will be communicating across all departments within eSolutions, including a team of developers and analysts to define product requirements. In addition, this position will partner with marketing communications to define the go-to-market strategy, help them understand the product positioning, identify key benefits, and target customers. Finally, the Associate Product Manager will serve as the internal evangelist for their products, working with sales reps and key customers.

What you'll be doing:

  • Work with Product Manager to define the product vision, strategy and roadmap by leveraging competitive, customer and market analysis
  • Conduct market research to identify market needs, product positioning and setting priorities
  • Keep abreast of changes to the healthcare regulatory environment to anticipate changes impacting our customers and opportunities for new services
  • Develop project plans and status reports to monitor projects
  • Work with Product Manager to prioritize and manage the feature backlog for effective release planning
  • Provide new ideas and concepts that contribute to enhanced customer experience, expand product capabilities and set us apart from our competition
  • Assist in customer advocacy for product/solution designs
  • Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
  • Work closely with development team(s) to ensure feature sets exceed customer expectation
  • Continuously monitor, measure and report on key business metrics and identify areas for improvement
  • Very knowledgeable and become a go to company resource on assigned product(s)
  • Familiarity with sales requirements on assigned product(s)
  • Familiarity with support requirements on assigned products(s)
  • Visit customers and attend industry events
  • Fulfill the Product Manager role in an agile development environment using Scrum

What we're looking for:
  • Relevant job experience of 2 years or more
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent practical experience preferred
  • Understanding of the revenue cycle, billing, and back office processes a plus
  • Creative thinker who comes up with innovative ideas and solutions
  • Entrepreneurial, can-do approach coupled with a strong desire to make a difference
  • Proficient in driving for results
  • Balances shifting priorities in an agile environment
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks; able to determine urgency and priorities
