Interventional - The Interventional business unit at Teleflex offers innovative medical devices that are used to diagnose and treat coronary and peripheral vascular diseases. We place a strategic emphasis on complex coronary and peripheral interventions, vascular access, bone access, specialty biologic treatments and cardiac assist. Our current Interventional products include a broad range of clinically relevant solutions, such as our GuideLiner® and Turnpike® Catheters, AC3 Optimus™ Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump and OnControl® Powered Bone Access System. Position Summary

This position will assist in the development and implementation of commercialization strategies to support the revenue attainment for the Interventional SBU. This role will involve collaborating with the product marketing leadership for downstream commercial activities to support marketing plan deliverables for key product franchises. These key activities include:

• Providing input for development and execution of comprehensive commercialization strategies
• Collaborate with cross-geographic and cross-functional team(s) to ensure project and launch success
• Be the advocate for international markets and market development at the business unit level
• Maintain strong, consistent and clear communication with all stakeholders on a continual basis
• Represent the 'voice of the customer' - drive optimal utilization of market information and analysis to guide insights and decision-making

Principal Responsibilities

• Manage existing product line(s) to drive global market adoption and growth
- Take ownership of product line including sales forecasting and budget planning
- Lead, develop and execute tactics that support comprehensive commercialization strategies for key product franchises
- Understand the market trends, size and competitive landscape
- Generate impactful claims and marketing materials to drive growth in competitive markets
- Ensure relevancy, compliance and ease of use of all product labeling, manuals and training materials
- Become knowledgeable in various interventional procedures as well as key decision makers, clinical needs and market opportunities
- Coordinate with Sales Training and Medical Affairs team members to prepare training content
- Ensure development and delivery of relevant sales training that meets targeted clinical procedures/requirements
- Be the advocate for international market development at the business unit level
- Maintain and develop relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and leverage relationship with KOLs for regional voice of customer (VOC) and new idea generation.
- Collaborate with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, and Distribution to maintain high service levels
• Identify, design and execute new product and market opportunities in global markets
- Explore, identify, and recommend new products, markets, and strategies
- Partner with Business Development/Mergers and Acquisitions teams to implement strategies as requested
- Organize and conduct new product presentations and clinical evaluations with customers
• Perform all activities in compliance with the Teleflex Quality System.
• Perform duties in compliance with environmental, health and safety related site rules, policies or governmental regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Education / Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS)
• Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills
• Strong verbal and group presentation skills with solid interpersonal skills
• Analytical skills, problem solving and critical thinking skills, and organizational skills
• Self-starter with high energy level
• Results oriented with ability to drive projects to completion
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft office suite
• High attention to detail
• Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
• Solid business acumen
• Strong desire to learn medical devices, their use environments and audiences
• Comfortable in clinical environments

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

• 1 -2 years previous experience in a Product Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Project Management, or customer facing role
• Medical Device Experience
• Marketing, Business, or Engineering Degree
• Exposure to Interventional Cardiology, Interventional Radiology, or Interventional Oncology
