Associate Product Operations Coordinator

Position Responsibilities

Primary Functions of the Associate Product Operations Coordinator:

  • Process returned responses for accident/incident reports from police agencies.
    • Open and separate the contents of approximately 200 envelopes per hour, subdivide negative responses into appropriate areas, accurately tally for quality control, and deal with miscellaneous notes, invoices, police agency updates, etc.
  • Contact police and fire agencies to inquire about reports requested by LexisNexis for Insurance Clients.
    • This will consist of, but is not limited to, incoming requests and calls to and from insurance clients, police and fire agencies. Functions will include updating requests, terminating requests returned from government agencies, and matching returned reports with the transaction number
  • Conduct map research and internet research to determine correct law enforcement jurisdiction
  • Contact police or other agencies for required costs, request information or report numbers as mandated by the originating agency
  • Utilize shortcut keys/macros to navigate internal systems and pre-defined client notices


Qualifications and Skills
  • Education
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Some college preferred
  • Experience & Training
    • Customer Service, General Office required. Call Center, Data Entry preferred
    • Prior experience meeting/exceeding hourly production goals/metrics
  • Specific Skills
    • PC, Fax, Phone required. Typing 45 wpm or more preferred
  • Other
    • Excellent verbal and grammar skills required
    • Multi-tasking
    • Team atmosphere with emphasis on accomplishments for both the company and the individual

Physical/Mental Requirements
  • Some lifting, must be able to sit for long periods of time, must have decent reading comprehension, and good memory
  • Individual must be able to handle a level of stress in a fast paced production environment
  • Individual must be able to monitor personal and office equipment, and handle minor service such as replacing toner cartridges, fax paper, printer/copier paper
  • Must be detailed oriented and self-motivated
  • Must keep focused on work and perform repetitious functions effectively
  • Requires good analytical skills
  • Must be able to accept and adapt to changing operating specifications and procedures
  • Must be willing to modify daily functions and workflow as required to meet business needs
  • Must have good interpersonal skills
