Our client is currently seeking an Associate Production Supervisor.

No experience is required with a degree

2+ years of experience without a degree is welcome to apply

This job will have the following responsibilities:
• Leads team members by managing, and executing plant processes

• Manages team members in attaining production and quality goals

• Supports continuous improvement processes to ensure that goals in safety, quality, cost, and customer service are met

• Creates and maintains an engaged and team-oriented work force to improve business results

• Lead from the floor with additional administrative responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agribusiness, Management, Operations, Industrial Management, or related field preferred OR 2+ years of relevant supervisory experience.

• Must be open to location of facility (relocation assistance is offered)
• Prior food manufacturing experience is preferred
