About the role

As an Associate Project Manager you will manage strategic projects for Supply Chain Transformation. You will work with cross-functional teams to create and deploy detailed operational plans. You will coach, encourage and inspire people to complete deliverables in a timely and effective way.

What you'll do

  • Proactively manage and oversee the development of projects, to ensure brand objectives and deliverables are met, cross-functional teams are aligned, and critical timelines are met.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication of project status, action steps, and on-time deliveries to stakeholders.
  • Schedule, establish agendas, and capture minutes for meetings, following through deliverables.
  • Create project timelines, project status, charters and manage stakeholders as they relate to a project
  • Contribute to, follow, and champion project management methodologies.
  • Propose solutions to troubleshoot through project timelines and plans.
  • Manage overall project workload and maintain project list.
  • Ensure regular communication about projects status and direction within the organization.

Who you are

  • University degree in any field
  • Work experience of 2-5 years at an apparel retailer working in project management or product management.
  • Project Management certificate a plus
  • Proven experience with working cross-functionally in operations and helping to drive projects from beginning to end.
  • Passion for Athleta and its mission.
  • Proven skills and capabilities in project, organization, time, and budget management
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights and business needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiating and collaborating skills
  • Self-starter
  • Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint: advanced
