**This role will be for 3 months with a possible extension from the client. No guarantees

**This candidate can be remote anywhere in the US.

**Candidate Must be a US citizen

**Pay rate : $65-75

**Candidate must work EST for their shifts.

**No overtime will be worked for this assignment.

**Once a candidate is found this will be opened under SOW with a monthly milestone of 160 hours a month.

Support may include Solutions Consulting Engineering of related areas:

o Standard Communications Manager Software support relating to system numbering and trucking o Vectors and VDN's within the Call Center Elite application

o Administration of Aura Session Manager and System Manager

o System configurations o Upgrade and troubleshooting consultation

o Voice Engineering / UC Collaboration o Avaya Aura Device Services, Communication Manager, Avaya Aura Messaging

o TSAPI, DMCC, TASKE

Experienced in the administration, configuration, integration, and operation of: Avaya Aura® Communication Manager Avaya Aura® Session Manager and Avaya Aura® System Manager Avaya Contact Center solutions Avaya Aura® Call Center Elite Overviews to system administrators and contact center technical staff Access system feature functionality Consulting on optimization of system performance Knowledge transfer and mentoring Vectoring, skills assignments, and agent utilization
