All Sogeti USA prospective candidates must:

Bachelors and/or Masters Degree from an accreditedinstitution.

Be a US Citizen or a current permanent resident Green Cardholder. Sponsorship now or in the future is unable to be provided for thisrole.

Be currently residing in the Chicagoland area. Non-localcandidates will NOT be considered as onsite will eventually be required.

Willingness to travel/commute throughout the entireChicagoland area possibly including to as Far North as Waukegan, onceallowable.

You will utilize your deep expertise in designing andsupporting enterprise-scale infrastructure. You will be responsible for thedesign, implementation and quality of services you deliver. You will draw upontechnical background, critical thinking and problem-solving skills thatprovides innovative solutions to support development teams. You will be open tonew challenges, extremely good at multi-tasking, innovative, creative,self-directed and a great team player. You will drive continuous processimprovement and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to solveproblems and implement new solutions.

We are looking for a bright minded, self-motivated, teamplayer with a strong background and skilled with a high degree of intellectualcuriosity and abilities with:

Leading the definition of system architecture and detailedsolution designs that are scalable and extensible.

Leading the implementation of new systems and developingprocesses and tools to help ensure effectiveness across engineering teams.

Planning and executing maintenance, upgrades and migrationsin multiple environments in a way that avoids or minimizes downtime.

Identifying and remediating single points of failure andsecurity risks.

Monitoring and improving site performance and reliability.

Setting up and managing databases and datastores on AWS.

Building out infrastructure code in Terraform, system andapplication images.

Managing ECS clusters and CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins.

Technical Requirements & Specific Experience Needed:

Experience in Infrastructure Development and Operations anddesigning/deploying utilizing AWS stack like EC2, EBS, S3, VPC, RDS, SES, ELB,SQS, Redshift, Auto scaling, Cloud Front, Cloud Formation, Elastic Cache, CloudWatch, SNS, Route 53.

Experience managing common AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, VPC,CloudFormation etc.).

Experience with containerization technologies such asDocker and Kubernetes.

Knowledgeable of configuration management frameworks suchas Puppet, Chef or Ansible.

Experience in basic administration of MySQL, MSSQL, Postgres,DynamoDB, MongoDB, ElasticSearch.

AWS Certifications preferred but not required.
