ABOUT THE JOB:
The Behavioral Health Learning Specialist, under the direction of the Director of MKSEI, will provide change management support, training, and consultation to staff working with people with mental health, substance use, psychosocial and intellectual/developmental challenges in community-based, day, residential, and child welfare systems of care. With assistance from the MKS Educational Institute (MKSEI) team, the Learning Specialist will help the agency to plan and implement changes in policy, procedures, and practice, and will support the agency in implementation and integration of mission and strategic plan. The Specialist will develop customized training materials and execute plans for sustaining practice and evaluating trainings, and will also participate in all MKSEI endeavors.
