Ways you will make a difference

• Assures implementation of an equipment management plan for all equipment assigned.
• Maintains boilers and related equipment continuously to assure operation in accordance with manufacturer specification.
• Conducts regular inspections of all equipment and piping; documents all inspection on logs kept at gauges/meters.
• Makes minor repairs, as qualified, and report any major problems to supervisor.
• Test water systems, documents results and treat water, as necessary.
• Follows safety regulations and maintains compliance of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Monitor external contractors when inspecting or repairing equipment.
• Keep areas surrounding equipment clean and free of hazards.
• Must comply with all applicable food laws, regulations and food safety requirements.
• Must comply with Company Policies, as well as, promotes safety and safe work conditions

Skills that will make you successful

Boiler/HVACTechnician 5pm-3:30am (rotating nights off between having Friday and Saturday off and having Sunday and Monday off)

Experiences that will support your success

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience operating large steam and refrigeration plants in a similar setting, preferred.
• Knowledge of applicable safety requirements.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to comprehend, speaks, read and write in Basic English, required.
