Ultimate Staffing has partnered with a wonderful community based organization who is seeking to add a bilingual Spanish and English speaking office assistant to their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work hand in hand with the local community support growth within the Elm City. Candidates with 3+ years of professional office experience and that can speak, read and write Spanish and English are encouraged to apply today!

Details:

• Assist with general office duties each day
• Check mail, distribute packages, and send out parcels
• Answer phones, greet guests, and provide a best in class experience
• Help set up and organize events
• Order supplies and other items for the office and events
