RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Hialeah, FL that is seeking a Billing Options Tech.Summary:The Billing Options Tech help will support the Billing and Payment Options (BPO) team by helping to manage daily operation activities and resolve critical billing exceptions. Additional tasks and responsibilities will include:- Assists with daily monitoring of billing program operational performance
- Reporting and helping to resolve critical billing exceptions
- Assisting internal and external customers will billing related inquiries
- Assists with testing and validating cross functional project enhancements
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Consistent follow-through
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal and interviewing skills
- EDI, CheckFree and SAP experience is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
