We are seeking a Bioinformatics Scientist ( Bioinformatician ) to provide services in support of the overall functions of the Structural Bioinformatics Core.

Responsibilities

  • Design and analyze pre-clinical and clinical immunization studies.
  • Utilize software and tools to statistically analyze diverse data sets.
  • Develop of statistical tools to analyze high-dimensional data.
  • Develop machine learning tools (including statistical machine learning) to predict and analyze diverse data sets.
  • Utilize high performance computing (HPC) to bring the state-of-the-art techniques such as machine learning, artificial intelligence, deep learning to vaccine design.
  • Provide scientific expertise to facilitate statistical analysis.
  • Publish the findings and analysis in peer-reviewed journals.


Qualifications

  • PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, Bioinformatics, or a related field and minimum 1-2 years of postdoctoral experience is required.
