What You'll Do

This position involves inserting the bladder into the football by pulling the valve through the valve hole and cutting off the excess valve. The ball is partially inflated to aid in the lacing operation. Then the football is secured in a vise-like fixture. The lacer will determine the type of lace and style of lacing to be used. Then will lace the football per the written or verbal instructions given. After the ball is laced, the laces are straightened, if necessary, and excess lace is trimmed. The lacer then puts the finished ball in a box or crate for molding.

May on occasion perform duties other than those described above.
What We're Looking For

The qualified candidate will have one (1) year or less of factory experience. A high school diploma or GED will be required for this position.

What We'll Provide

We offer a competitive wage and benefit package. Starting pay is $12.07 per hour and this is an incentive based position. Hours of operation are Monday - Thursday 6:00 am - 3:00 pm; Friday 6:00 am - 12:00 pm with occasional overtime as needed.
