You have a passion for and enjoy having a direct impact on the success of your clients and their customers. You are thoughtful and creative, with a strong passion for creating beautiful designs that meet your customers' requests.

As a Junior Designer, you're responsible for supporting the Design Teams in creating and maintaining client websites throughout the design pipeline. You'll learn the basics of SEO and marketing a business, ensuring we are setting our clients up for success. You will support the Lead and Sr. Designers' implementation work throughout the day by creating new and unique designs for clients.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Set up build(s) for the day
  
• Complete build(s) for the day
  
• Take client phone calls
  
• Answer tickets that are assigned to you
  
• Complete any outstanding Phone Call Edits from the days prior
  
• Send out the previous day's build(s)
  
• Advising clients on design changes
  
• Making design & technical changes to their website
  
• Noticing opportunities for upsells and cross-sells and passing them onto our sales team
  
• Designing newsletter opt-in boxes
  
• General troubleshooting
  
• Managing customer happiness
  
• Doing Search Engine Optimization
  
• Provide marketing advice

Where:

Brighter Vision has a fun office on the border ofBoulder/Lafayette/Louisville in Colorado, and our sister brands in the Digital Marketing Solutions group have offices in Tampa, FL, Atlanta, GA, and Bethesda, MD.If you're close to one of our offices (or any EverCommerce office), you can work fully in-office or in a hybrid model, or this role can be performed 100% remote. Please note that you must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship to qualify for this role.

Skills and experience we think will make you successful in this role:

• A background in Design (a BA in Design is preferred)
  
• HTML and CSS
  
• At least 1 year of design experience, with a portfolio to show off your work
  
• A positive, get-it-done approach
  
• Ability to problem solve quickly, and diagnose issues that may need to be escalated
  
• Humility to know when to ask for help but confidence in your ability to support your clients
