Job Information

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating business operations to understand gaps and opportunities, analyze requirements and recommend solutions which enable the business unit to achieve goals within established strategies.

Role & Responsibility

• Provide accurate, timely and informative business information and insights to key-decision makers within the company
• Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues
• Conduct market research and find implications & business opportunities from them that can contribute in expanding GME businesses
• Manage and plan the supply chain of GME business, and publish the reports to key stake holders on time
• Research business problems and strategic objectives to support business case creation, to include business problem, outcomes and benefits
• Participate in long range planning, anticipate future challenges, strategic thinking

Job Requirement

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Experience: 3 - 5 years
• Travel: < 15%
• High degree of math and statistical skills/understanding
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with sound experience in market research for construction or ground maintenance equipment
• Excellent analytical/problem solving skills, communication skills
• Ability to build an effective presentation, strong presentation skills
• Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
• Oracle experience preferred
