Our client is seeking a Business Analyst in Orlando, FL/ Hybrid.

Role Description

• Document user and system issues/requirements
• Document updates to existing issues/requirements
• Lead/facilitate requirement/defect updates and work sessions with business and technology partners
• Assist with creation of status reports for Leaders.
• Track timelines and maintain schedule

Skills & Requirements

• BA or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience writing detailed user stories and requirement definitions
• 5+ years of experience working for large technology program or initiative with multiple teams
• Strong business communication skills, both written and verbal, targeting audiences at many levels and across various teams
• Ability to track and manage requirements across multiple releases and teams
• Proficient/Expert using Office 365 products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Teams)
• Proficient/Expert using both Confluence and Jira, or other agile/collaboration tools.
• Prior Disney or Enterprise Hospitality experience
