Description: Our client is currently seeking a Business Analyst ON SITE/HYBRID
Must be currently live in the Providence RI area
This BA will be interfacing the clients from the Lottery
Any previous lottery, gaming type experience is desired.

State and Government type BA work would be acceptable.
Must be asertive with strong customer service skills

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support external customers on the delivery of enterprise systems and integration.

You will be working with external customers to develop the scope and requirements in order for successful system implementation.

In addition, you will be responsible for creating new documentation and editing existing material. They successful candidate will be highly proficient in requirements elicitation, gap analysis, and to be process modeling, business requirement and functional requirement documentation, facilitation, and requirements change management. job

7+ years of Experience as a Business Analyst

Must have experience working with External Customers B2C (Business to Consumer) Experience preferred

Experience working on Product Teams

Strong background gathering customer requirements

Must be assertive and have strong customer service skills

Prior Gaming, State or Governement experience preferred
