A Global Provider of Financial Services Technology is seeking a Business Analyst II (Payments) in Bentonville, AR.

Role Description

A Business Analyst interacts with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to understand their problems and needs. They gather, document, and analyze business needs and requirements, conducts market analyses, analyzing both product lines and the overall profitability of the business. Create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business. Through analysis translate business requirements into functional application requirements and provides input into high level design solutions. Other roles that fit this definition within a different function may include: Business Systems Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, and Conversions Analyst. Works with a small 15-20 person team. There will be some international work.

Skills & Requirements

• 3 - 5 years experience; level should be equal to someone who is comfortable working with the business and IT
• Technical knowledge is a must
• Heavy requirements writing. Taking requirements from the business partner and writing requirements that will go to the IT Team for new adds, updates, etc to the Client Transaction Domain
• Ideally looking for someone with payment experience writing SOW and solution engineering documents.
• Ecommerce experience, card not present , etc. Understands how back office transactions work. POS, Payments/Enterprise Payments, Financial Backgrounds would be a great fit
