Basic Job Functions:
Nucor Business Technology (NBT) is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst. The Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Business Analyst works with the NBT team along with other partners to align, optimize, and deliver a fully functional ERP/MES system to Nucor's Plate and Sheet Mills. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Documenting comprehensive business requirements such as process flows, business rules, interface design, data analysis and data mapping in collaboration with SME's (Subject Matter Experts) and IT stakeholders.
- Facilitating discussions between divisions to develop aligned business processes.
- Designing, testing, and delivering a new ERP/MES Solution
This position provides the successful candidate an opportunity to become a key team player providing functional and technical expertise to support and implement Nucor's global enterprise business solution and manufacturing execution systems.
This is a full-time position with the Nucor Business Technology Team located in Irving, Texas. This position requires projectrelated travel, up to 25%.

Minimum Qualifications:
1yearexperience working in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ERP/MES.
General understanding of project management principles.
3 years' experience working in a manufacturing environment.
