Business Development Manager * Job Title: * Business Development Manager - Remote - Service Bureau/ Business Process Outsourcing Required
* Location: * Remote (With Travel)
* Salary: * $80,000 - $85,000 Base Salary DOE ($160,000 OTE+)

The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing mainly new accounts and growing current accounts. With an innovative approach, we engineer unique automated solutions that support our customers so they can solve the most pressing business challenges for both today and tomorrow. Our scalable Warehouse, Document, and Mail Automation solutions improve workflow, accelerate change, and drive efficiencies in infrastructure.
What You Will Be Doing "Understands the company's vision, mission, and strategy; understands business unit objectives and sets/accomplishes individual performance goals accordingly
"Identifies new sales opportunities
"Qualifies sales opportunities through market / customer research and understanding the clients needs
"Communicates our value proposition to customers/prospects.
"Create sales opportunities by cold calling, researching, and developing new relationships with industry professionals
"Provides outstanding customer service
What You Need for this Position "3-5+ years of Sales Experience Preferred.
"Experience in the Service Bureau / Business Process Outsourcing market is REQUIRED
"Experience in hardware and/or software sales, or printing/imaging industries a big plus
"Bachelors Degree preferred
"Prospecting, hunter mentality, and aggressive self-motivated individual
"Tech savvy and proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite Software strongly preferred
"Consultative selling skills ability to assess client needs and create solution
"Overnight travel required
"Strong planning, organization, communication, problem solving and decision-making skills
"Strong communication skills required.
