You will leverage your strong business development skills to cultivate relationships with potential clients, understand their hiring needs, and propose tailored recruitment solutions. Additionally, you will utilize your expertise in sourcing and screening candidates to ensure a seamless and successful recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
* Proactively identify and target new client opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking efforts.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as a trusted advisor on recruitment strategies and talent acquisition.
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized recruitment strategies and solutions that meet client objectives.
* Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online channels, networking events, and referrals, to identify and attract top talent.
* Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements and cultural fit.
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client engagement to offer negotiation and placement.
* Provide ongoing support and communication to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
* Meet and exceed established business development and recruitment targets, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
* Stay on top of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
