We are actively hiring for a Business Finance Analyst to join our team. Join us and support CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA Insurer, in achieving our goals! As a Business Finance Analyst, you will join a newly formed team focused on enabling growth and transformation by bringing process discipline, financial rigor and cross divisional transparency to key strategic initiatives to ensure outcomes are achieved. The ideal candidate will use strong technical skills to support internal and external stakeholders with data, analysis, and strategy to drive key decisions and continued organizational growth.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Play a critical role in building and executing the Enterprise Strategic Initiative Office infrastructure to support long and short-term strategic initiatives. This includes:

• Collect, analyze and synthesize data for executive-level presentations

• Develop and implement framework to track and review strategic initiatives to ensure successful delivery of objectives

• Ensure all strategic initiatives are being handled with the established framework, timelines and budgets

• Work cross-functionally to develop processes that ensure prioritization and approvals for strategic initiatives

• Partner with program management and stakeholders from Finance, Business Technology (IT), etc. to ensure budgets are comprehensive and reasonable

• Encourage and facilitate pods of subject matter experts and stakeholders who are focused on positive outcomes and relationships across the organization

What would make us excited about you?

• 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT teams.

• BA required

• Knowledge of the SAFe methodology, practices and tools a plus (preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and data analysis including ability draw conclusions/ glean insights / tell a story through data

• Ability to understand, apply, and interpret broad financial concepts as well as accounting concepts, including analysis of financial statements.

• Ability to use informative graphic representations to provide impactful insights from raw data

• Creative and upbeat team player who embraces change and a desire to continually improve

• Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with business, technology and project teams

• Flexibility to work with teams, individuals and executives and willingness to help with a wide variety of work products and people.

• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

• Strategic thinker, tactical executor with proven ability to achieve quantifiable business outcomes

• Focus on providing process optimization by understanding the desired business outcome

• Problem-solving ability, especially in gathering data to drive decision making under stringent timelines

Per Nevada SB293 we are disclosing the compensation, or range thereof, for roles that will be, or could be, performed in Nevada. If performed in Nevada, this position has a(n) salary range of $75,000 -$89,000. In compliance of Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (EPEWA) we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be, or could be performed in Colorado. If performed in Colorado, this position has a(n) salary range of $70,00-$85,000. The role includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 7% of eligible pay. (For Sales Agents Only) In addition we offer an Incentive and Recognition plan which is an additional earning opportunity from a production incentive plan.
