Summary
Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Power BI. Work closely with business stakeholders, business teams, and IT teams to deliver data-driven insights and reports that support strategic decision making and performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models that meet business requirements and follow best practices
• Manage and optimize the performance, security, and scalability of Power BI solutions
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other Power BI developers and users
• Perform end user training and citizen developer training as needed
• Collaborate with data integration team, business analysts, and business users to understand data sources, business rules, and data quality issues
• Conduct data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of Power BI outputs
• Develop and maintain documentation and standards for Power BI development and usage
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in Power BI and data analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business analytics, computer science, information systems, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in developing and implementing Power BI solutions
• Expertise in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, M, and Power Query
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing, data modeling, and data visualization concepts and techniques
• Proficiency in SQL
• Knowledge of Azure and Power Platform
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• PL-300 Certification
