Purpose of Job:

As a Business Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving operational efficiency and effectiveness within our organization. You will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing various business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance overall productivity and profitability. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of business operations.

Job Components :

  • Process Analysis and Optimization:
  • Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define process workflows, and drive process improvements.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations for operational enhancements.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization through data-driven analysis.
  • Systems and Tools Management:
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage business systems, tools, and technologies to support efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to customize and integrate systems to meet business requirements.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on systems and tools usage.
  • Project Management:
  • Plan, execute, and monitor projects aimed at improving operational processes and performance.
  • Define project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Business Operations Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex data sets.
  • Proficient in using data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc.).
  • Familiarity with business process modeling and improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, etc.).
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and delivering high-quality results.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Scope Data:
  • Influencer across Business Services cross-functional partners: Distributor Group, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Marketing, etc.
  • Acute awareness of Business Services and Support workflows, systems and integrations.
  • Regular engagement across the entire organization (internal and external Partners and customers), and all levels within the organization, including C-suite.

Work Environment:
  • Ability to sustain posture in a seated position for prolonged periods of time
  • Prolonged use of computer and telephone
